Jonathan, Courtney and Jimmy cooked off in a pressure test recreating Christine Manfield’s dish, ‘Spice-Roasted Squab with Turnip Cake'. They were given 2 hours 10 minutes to complete the dish which included 55 ingredients. Courtney flustered throughout but managed to produce a top-quality dish. Jimmy also produced a great dish and had the best broth. Unfortunately Jonathan’s luck had run out and after incorrectly carving the squab, it was undercooked and he was eliminated. Edit
